At Staze Beauty, we want you to love every glow-up; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your beauty products in their original box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
